It's obvious that you wanted to give this character a certain sense of elegance, and you've managed to achieve that. There are some minor flaws with anatomy such as her right arm is a little awkward looking, but the real focus is the shading. There is a lot of light and no highlights and a lot of the shadows are in impossible places. The degree of the shadows is good, it's just you need to practice on the placement of them. I would suggest examining how light creates shadows on certain objects, then apply that to your art. Other than that, the light effects are cool and the choice of colors is great. Nice work! :D
